I am offering two kinds of conversation lessons: 1. online private lessons by Zoom 2. small group (3 persons maximum) conversation lessons in « real life, » in a quiet cafe in Soshigaya Okura (Setagaya).
Whatever your level may be (beginner, intermediate, advanced), these lessons are aimed at improving your spoken French by participating in real conversations. Every week, I will bring up different conversation topics, in line with your level, and we will tak about these topics. I will explain key vocabulary and correct mistakes that prevent comprehension.
PRIVATE CONVERSATION LESSONS (practical information)
- 1 student
- Lessons last 55 minutes.
- I am proposing slots on Mondays (10h, 14h15, 20h), on Tuesdays (6h45, 15h, 19h), Wednesdays (9h, 10h05), on Thursdays (16h) and on Saturdays (10h00, 11h05, 17h00). Japanese times.
- Price: 3,200 yen for one lesson, 14,000 for a 5-lesson package valid for 3 months (from the day of your purchase) or 26 000 yen for a 10-lesson package valid 6 months (from the day of your purchase).
- Trial lesson: You can have a 50% discount on your first lesson by entering « Hajime » in the « Code promo » field on the final step of your booking (payment on the very last screen). You can check the detailed process here. This coupon is not valid for lesson packages.
- When you book a package, it is necessary to book at least your first lesson. You can then schedule the other lesson in the « Mon compte » page on my website.
- Payment: by credit card on my website (Stripe secured payment system). You also have the option to pay by wire transfer (in yen or euros). In that case, choose « Virement » as payment method on the payment screen. I will then send my bank details by e-mail.

« REAL LIFE » GROUP CONVERSATION LESSONS (practical information)
- These lessons start in January 2026
- Maximum 3 students per lesson
- Duration: 1h30mn. Once a month on Saturday (B2/C1 level) and on Sunday (B1/B2 level) from 10am
- Location: Soghigaya-Okura (Odakyu line) at @bookcafebar (3 mn walk from the train station).
- Price : 1 900 yen for the lesson + one drink at the cafe (from 700 yen)
- Payment of the lesson : when making the reservation by credit/debit card on my website (form below, secured payment via Stripe). You can also choose to pay by bank transfer. The payment of the drink is made directly at the cafe at the end of the lesson
- Level test : if you are not sure about your level, please book a 15-mn free online level test
- Note: if you are interested by these lessons but you could not make a reservation because all seats were booked or because these days do not work for you, please send me a message with 1. your level in French 2. the day of the week that would work for you in general. I may be able to propose more options soon.

BOOKING
ATTENTION : 1. After you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. If you don’t find it in your Inbox, please also check your SPAM folder. 2. If you want to book a trial lesson, please start by selecting the lesson at the normal price in the first steps of the booking process. The 50% off coupon comes at the end of the process, on the very last screen. Check the detailed process here. 3. For « real life » group conversation lessons, please book a level test (on line, 15 minutes, free of charge)
SALES TERMS :
- You can book an appointment until 24 hours before the lesson starting time
- You can cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 48 hours before the start of this lesson. This is done in your Mon Compte page.
- 5- and 10-lesson packages are valid for 3 and 6 months respectively. In principle, there is no refund if you have some credits left a the end of these periods. However, in case of exceptional circumstances, please send me a message on my Contact page
- There are a few basic rules for students to follow during my lessons:
- have a correct internet connection
- join with both audio and video
- participate from a quiet location (house or office)
- be on time (if the student is 15 minutes late, the lesson is cancelled)
